We love staying here, the location in Dorset is stunningand the lodge always feels airy and comfortable. Check-in is smoothand there's loads to do nearby, both on and off the site. It's a shame dogs aren't allowed from September because we'd book again in a heartbeat! Definitely one of our favourites.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lodge! It's spacious, super comfyand well kitted out, making it a great base for exploring the local coast and countryside. It's peaceful too, which was just what we needed. We didn't bother with the facilities pass since we mainly used the lodge, but it's a bit frustrating that you can't use the onsite restaurant without it, even though plenty of eateries are nearby. Overall, we'd definitely recommend staying here-nice spot!

Honestly, we were a bit disappointed with the whole outdoor pool situation. The site owners closed it earlier than they said without letting us know, which was a shame since the weather was really warm during our stay in September. We paid extra for activities like swimming, both indoors and outdoors, but missed out on the outdoor pool completely. It would've been fair to get a discount or at least some warning about the closure. Still, the lodge itself was nice, just a bit let down by that oversight.
